The Krkavčí Skála is a protuberant rock block on the left bank of the Jizera River, some 100 m above its water surface.

The lookout point was made accessible to the public and provided with a metal railing more than 100 years ago. It offers vistas in particular to the valley of the Jizera River and opposite Měděnec.

Krkavčí rock

Krkavčí rock is extruded rock block from the edge of the plateau above the left Jizera bank at Bítouchov. It is accessible on blue tourist route from Bítouchov to the top of Kozákov. The rock top includes the viewing point. Krkavčí rock is formed with rocks of volcanic complex of basalt tufa nature, amygdaloidal textures. Rarely the basalt ricks include cavities with zeolite minerals and other local rocks, it also includes olivine. Forest fauna and flora is present.
