One of the Semily streets where wooden cabins used to prevail several decades ago is called Jílovecká. To date, only three cottages have been preserved and they form a small remarkable compound, resembling the original municipal development.

House No. 102 is a three-part timbered house with a chamber-barn style house with a saddle roof, built on a slope on a stone foundation wall. The front shield with a gable and cladding, the ground scheme, the interior and the exterior are all original and have not been disturbed by structural modifications. Cabin No. 103 is a three-part chamber type with a gable divided into two zones and is also well preserved. The ground floor three-part house No. 104 of the chamber-barn style has a saddle roof and was originally timbered; it is built on a stone foundation wall that includes a cellar and a pig barn. The front living section was partially renovated.

All three houses of the Jizera type are exceptionally valuable for their integrity both as a whole and in their detail and therefore, they were proclaimed a cultural monument. Currently, they are undergoing further renovations.
