• The new building offers classrooms with modern equipment, meeting rooms and two halls, which can be connected to create a large lecture theatre. Besides lectures and discussions, this venue has been also used for film festivals and popular traveller slideshows. Several established and regular events, such as Florist Days, Travellers Festival or the secondary education show Edukart are held in the glazed atrium. 

• The Church of St. Bonaventura is used for exhibitions, fashion shows and musical or singing performances. 
• Outdoor events for general public, such as the Summer Solstice Festival, Mladá Boleslav Circuits, Mayday Revelries etc. are held on the large terraces of the educational centre.
• Na Karmeli educational centre is a place connecting past with the present. This is also evidenced in the monumental timeline unveiled at the centre. The timeline marks the history of the world, the Czech lands, Mladá Boleslav and the car manufacturer from 2000 BC to this day. The admission to see the timeline is free.
