The abandoned house was bought by the Vacek family from Prague in 1976 from the local Špidlen family, who lived at No. 84. They first opened a local taproom called U Pecháčků between 1993 and 2008. The 110-year-old lime tree was knocked down by a storm in 2009. The new belfry, the bell and the sundial were installed and consecrated by the Bozkov parish priest Jura in 2010 on the occasion of a local October feast. The next October period "awarding of the reeve’s right” in 2013 took place with the participation of the mayor, the press and the public and was accompanied by a display of historical artefacts. The reeve’s authorization is deposited in the municipal authority. A living attic was developed. The overall redevelopment in the traditional period style was performed with self-help and with the assistance of local craftsmen. Come and see this period farmhouse where time has stopped.
