The original mills are located in a secluded place in Jalovina Valley, 3-4 km north of Libáň.

They are original old Bohemian mills, some of which were still in operation before World War II. Occasionally, their equipment has been preserved, as is the case at Bobkův Mill; otherwise, they are used as residences or have been abandoned.
